Western & Southern is looking for a dynamic candidate who has senior level product development project management skills with direct experience delivering strategic revenue driven business service products (preferably in the financial services/insurance space) from within our enterprise Program Management Office (PMO).The Project Management role will be responsible for establishing strong business line management relationships in support of building and delivering large scale project plans to launch product solutions to the market. The role will require administering project planning activities including coordination of enterprise stakeholders across cross-functional IT areas and downstream business operational/support teams as well as strategic vendor partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience assisting with the execution of program and project management based work.
- Demonstrated ability to define, track, and report on metrics used to identify project success outcomes and financial budget management.
- Demonstrated use of strong listening, communication and presentation techniques. Verbal and written communications are to conform to proper rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style.
- Demonstrated experience leading and completing assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects with hybrid development methodologies (i.e. agile and waterfall)
- Proven analytical/problem-solving/critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability when required to adjust to multiple demands/deadlines, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills
